Search, filter, and check the approval status of your message templates.

Overview

The Templates page lists every message template in your account, along with its category, language, and Meta approval status.

Quick navigation

Open Templates → Filter the list → Search for a template → Refresh approval status.

Open Templates

From the left navigation, click Templates.

Filter the list

Use the Category and Status dropdowns

Narrow the list to, for example, only Marketing templates, or only ones still Pending review.

Search for a template

Type into the search box

Search matches against the template name.

Refresh approval status

Click Sync from WhatsApp

Pulls the latest approval status for every template directly from Meta — useful if you just submitted or expect a decision.
