Track Follow-ups
The Follow-ups page lists your team's scheduled follow-ups in one place, across all contacts.

Overview
Follow-ups (scheduled either automatically via Auto Follow-ups settings or manually per contact) all appear together on this page, so you can see what's coming up across your whole team rather than checking each contact individually.
View follow-ups
Open Follow-ups
From the left navigation, click Follow-ups. Use the search box to find a follow-up by contact name, phone, or note. Filter by date, by status (Pending and others), or by team member using the dropdowns along the top.
Each row shows the Contact, Follow-up Time, Status, Last Note, State, Message, and available Actions.
