Use AI Autopilot
Type a task in plain words and watch AI Autopilot plan it, then click through Automate AI to do it — you stay in control the whole time.

Overview
AI Autopilot does work in Automate AI for you. Tell it what you need — like "make a Diwali offer template", "set up my chatbot from this PDF" or "add these numbers to a VIP group" — and it plans the steps, then opens the real pages and fills them in while you watch. It uses your AI Assistant details, so what it writes sounds like your business.
You stay in control
You always see the plan first. Autopilot never messages your customers, never pays and never deletes anything. Templates it writes are saved as drafts — nothing reaches Meta until you submit them — and chatbots it builds stay switched off until you turn them on.
What Autopilot can do
- Write a WhatsApp template, and make a matching picture for the top with AI.
- Build a chatbot flow with a menu, or set it up from a PDF or pasted text.
- Set up and publish your online store with your products.
- Add automatic replies, contact statuses, tags, fields and smart links.
- Add contacts from a contact sheet to a group.
- Answer questions about your business, such as "Where are we lagging this week?", from your own numbers — see Dashboard Overview.
- Walk you through anything else on the page you are on.
Before you begin
- Your plan must include AI Autopilot.
- Connect at least one AI model (Model 1, Model 2 or Model 3) in Settings — see AI Assistant Settings.
- Fill in your AI Assistant details and knowledge base so Autopilot writes in your business's voice.
- Each account has a daily number of Autopilot runs; the counter in the Autopilot box shows how many you have used today.
Give Autopilot a task
Open Autopilot
Click the sparkle Autopilot button in the left menu (or Autopilot at the top right, or Try Autopilot on the dashboard).
Type the task
Write what you need in everyday words, or tap a ready task such as Set up my chatbot, Festive offer template or Where are we lagging?. Use Attach to add a PDF, pasted text or a contact sheet. The counter shows how many of today's runs you have used (for example 14/30).
Pick a model and press Plan it
Choose the AI model (Model 1, 2 or 3) and click Plan it. You see the plan first: Autopilot never messages customers, pays or deletes.
Check the plan, then press Start
Review the plan
Autopilot shows what it will do, step by step, with any notes (for example, that a template is saved as a draft). Correct or skip any step. Steps marked "Needs your OK" wait for your click.
Press Start
Click Start to begin. Turn on "Do everything without asking" to let Autopilot finish the whole task without stopping at each "Needs your OK" step — it still never sends campaigns or messages, never touches money and never deletes.
Watch it work
Autopilot opens the real form, fills it in in front of you, saves, and then opens what it made — your template, your new chatbot in the builder, a campaign draft or your store. You can pause, stop or correct it at any time. If something it needs is missing, such as a picture for a template, it offers another way instead of stopping.
It fills in the form for you
For a template, Autopilot opens Templates → Generate with AI, picks the type of message and describes your offer — the same steps you would take.
It writes the versions and makes the picture
The AI writes three versions, picks the best and makes a matching picture. This takes about a minute.
See what it made
When the task is Done, open its step to see the result — here, the draft template with its AI picture, saved but not sent to Meta. Use Open Templates to review and submit it.
Example: a chatbot
Asked for "a chatbot for a salon: services, prices and booking", Autopilot creates the flow, names it and describes it, then builds the steps with AI.
Review it before it goes live
The finished chatbot opens in the builder, saved switched off. It goes live only when you switch it on (or press Publish) after checking it.
