Overview

General Settings holds your organization's basic details, along with a few account-wide message behaviors: automatic retry for failed campaign messages, an auto-reply for message types WhatsApp doesn't support (like polls), and keyword-based opt-out.

Open Settings

1

Open Settings

From the left navigation, click Settings, then click General.

Configure General Settings

2

Configure General Settings

Update your organization name and timezone under Organization Details. Turn on Enable Campaign Resend to automatically retry failed campaign messages. Set a Reply Message under Unsupported Message Auto-Reply to respond automatically when a contact sends something WhatsApp can't deliver as a normal message (leave it empty to disable). Scroll down for Opt-out Settings, where you can define the keywords that automatically opt a contact out of drip sequences and scheduled automations.

Auto-reply supports basic formatting

The unsupported-message reply message supports WhatsApp's own formatting: bold, _italic_, and ~strikethrough~.
