# Manage Your Message Templates

Search, filter, and check the approval status of your message templates.

## Overview

The Templates page lists every message template in your account, along with its category, language, and Meta approval status.

## Open Templates

### Step 1 — Open Templates

From the left navigation, click Templates.

## Filter the list

### Step 2 — Use the Category and Status dropdowns

Narrow the list to, for example, only Marketing templates, or only ones still Pending review.

## Search for a template

### Step 3 — Type into the search box

Search matches against the template name.

## Refresh approval status

### Step 4 — Click Sync from WhatsApp

Pulls the latest approval status for every template directly from Meta — useful if you just submitted or expect a decision.
