# Facebook Leads

Turn every lead from your Facebook lead ads into a contact and send them a WhatsApp message automatically — with a separate message per ad if you like.

## Overview

Facebook Leads connects your Facebook lead ads to Automate AI. Each new lead becomes a contact and gets your WhatsApp message straight away. Setup is four steps: turn it on and connect your Pages, choose the message every lead gets, give any ad its own message, then review and save.

## Steps

### Step 1 — Open Facebook Leads

Go to Settings → Facebook Leads (also under Integrations). Setup has four steps: turn it on and connect your Pages, choose the message every lead gets, give any ad its own message, then review and save.

### Step 2 — Connect the Pages that run lead ads

Click Continue with Facebook, sign in, tick your Pages and save — their leads arrive here with no webhook setup. Pasting a Facebook token and clicking Load Pages still works too.

On the next steps, choose the template every lead gets, and optionally a separate template for individual ads — leads from an ad with its own template get that one, and all others get the default. Review everything and click Save.

> **NOTE: One Page, one account**
> A Facebook Page can be connected to only one Automate AI account, so its leads always reach the right business.

## See where each lead came from

Open Lead activity from the Facebook Leads page to see every lead that arrived, with the name of the lead form it came from next to its ID.

## Disconnect Facebook

Click Disconnect Facebook to stop leads and remove the saved Facebook login.

## Troubleshooting

**No leads are arriving**
Check that Facebook Leads is on and that the Page running the ads is ticked under Pages that run lead ads. If you connected with a pasted token, click Load Pages again.

**Leads get the wrong message**
An ad with its own template always uses that one; every other ad uses the message for all leads.
