# Find Your Way Around

How the Automate AI menu works, where to find What's new and Feedback, and how mobile notifications work.

## Overview

Every section has its name under its icon in the left menu, and the pages of the section you are in are listed next to it. Your wallet balance is at the top of the menu and the AI Autopilot button is at the bottom, always in view. Settings uses the same side menu as every other section, and phones and tablets get the same menu as the computer.

## Steps

### Step 1 — Use the menu

Every section in the left menu has its name under its icon, and the pages of the section you are in are listed next to it — here, Campaigns. Your wallet balance is at the top, and the Autopilot button is at the bottom of the menu.

### Step 2 — Use the bottom bar

Alerts, What's new, Help and Feedback are in the slim bar at the bottom of every page.

### Step 3 — See what's new

What's new lists every update to Automate AI in plain words, newest first, marked New, Improved or Fixed.

### Step 4 — Send us feedback

Click Feedback to tell the Automate AI team what works and what doesn't. The team reads every message.

## Notifications on your phone

The Automate AI Inbox mobile app notifies you of new customer messages even when the app is closed. Assigned chats notify only the assigned team member; new or unassigned chats notify everyone in your team. Several quick messages from one customer show as one notification. Signing out of the app stops them.
