# Dashboard Overview

A tour of the Dashboard — the summary view you land on after logging in, showing your account at a glance.

## Overview

The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It summarizes your account's activity and gives you quick links into the areas you'll use most.

## What's on the Dashboard

### Step 1 — Dashboard summary

The top bar shows your current Plan and WhatsApp connection status. Below that, four cards summarize Total Contacts, Campaigns Sent, Templates, and Open Chats.

### Summary card reference

| Card | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| Total Contacts | How many contacts are in your account, with recent chat activity noted below it. |
| Campaigns Sent | How many campaigns you have sent in total. |
| Templates | How many message templates you have, and how many are approved. |
| Open Chats | How many conversations are currently open, and how many are unread. |

This section links to short guides and video tutorials for common setup tasks, like connecting your WhatsApp Business Account.

## Recent Activity and Quick Actions

Recent Activity lists what's happened in your account most recently. Quick Actions gives one-click shortcuts to the things you'll do most often: Add Contacts, Create Campaign, and Manage Templates.

## Getting Started checklist

New accounts see a Getting Started checklist walking through the basic setup steps — connecting WhatsApp, importing contacts, and creating your first message template.
