## Overview

Voice AI lists the voice agents configured on your account, each with its own language, model, and call-length limit.

## Open Voice AI

### Step 1 — Open Voice AI

From the left sidebar, click Voice AI. Click New Agent to create one.

### Field reference

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Name | The agent's display name. |
| Agent ID | The agent's internal identifier. |
| Language | The language the agent speaks and understands. |
| Model | The underlying AI model powering the agent. |
| Max Call Duration | The longest a single call with this agent can run before it ends automatically. |
