# Manage Your Contacts

Search, filter, and take action on your existing contacts.

## Overview

The Contacts page lists everyone in your account. From here you can search, filter, and act on individual contacts.

## Open Contacts

### Step 1 — Open Contacts

From the left navigation, click Contacts.

## Search for a contact

### Step 2 — Type into the search box

Search matches by name, phone number, or email.

## Filter the list

### Step 3 — Use the filter dropdowns

Narrow the list with All Groups, All Agents, All Statuses, or the Opted Out toggle.

## Use a contact's actions

### Step 4 — Open the row menu

Click the ⋮ menu at the end of any contact's row.

> **WARNING: Delete is not reversible in this menu**
> Removing a contact from here is a real deletion — double-check you have the right contact before confirming.

### Row actions

| Action | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Send Message | Start a chat with this contact. |
| Edit | Open this contact's details for editing. |
| Change Status | Set this contact's status. |
| Add Follow-up | Schedule a follow-up for this contact. |
| Status Timeline | View this contact's status history. |
| Add to Favorites | Mark this contact as a favorite. |
| Delete | Remove this contact. |
