## Overview

Quick Replies are canned messages you can insert into any chat by typing a shortcode, so agents don't have to retype common answers.

## Open Settings

### Step 1 — Open Settings

From the left navigation, click Settings, then click Quick Replies.

## Create a quick reply

### Step 2 — Create a quick reply

Click Add Quick Reply, set a shortcode (typed in the chat input as /shortcode to insert it) and its message, and save. Existing quick replies can be reordered by dragging, toggled on or off, edited, or deleted.

## Example

A quick reply pairs a short shortcode with the full message it inserts — for example, a shortcode of location that inserts your address:

| Shortcode | Inserts |
| --- | --- |
| /location | This is address |

## Expected result

Typing /shortcode in the chat input inserts the saved message instantly, so agents don't have to retype or copy-paste it.
