# Connect Your WhatsApp Business Account

View your connected WhatsApp Business Account details from Settings.

## Overview

Your WhatsApp Business Account is what connects Automate AI to WhatsApp so you can send and receive messages. This article covers where to review your connection details in Settings.

## Before you begin

- You need access to Settings to view this page.

## Open WhatsApp settings

### Step 1 — Open WhatsApp settings

Go to Settings, then select WhatsApp to view your connected account details.

## Review your connection

### Step 2 — WhatsApp Account Information

Display Name, Phone Number, Message Limits, and Quality Rating show your WhatsApp Business Account’s current connection.

> **NOTE: Updating your connection**
> Update Access Token and the Business Profile Settings fields on this page let you change your connection and business details directly. This article only covers viewing your connection, not changing it.

## Expected result

You can see your connected WhatsApp Business Account’s display name, phone number, message limits, and quality rating.

| --- | --- |
| Display Name | The business name shown to your WhatsApp customers. |
| Phone Number | The WhatsApp Business number connected to your account. |
| Message Limits | Your account’s current messaging tier, as reported by WhatsApp. |
| Quality Rating | Your account’s current messaging quality rating. |
